Responsibilities- Leading classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and keeping students engaged
- Upholding strong behaviour expectations in line with school policies
- Ensuring the classroom remains a positive, focused learning environment
- Providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN), as required
- Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (SEN experience is a bonus!)
- Confidence, resilience, and adaptability in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate young learners
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
- Competitive daily pay: £95–£130
