• Leading classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and keeping students engaged
• Upholding strong behaviour expectations in line with school policies
• Ensuring the classroom remains a positive, focused learning environment
• Providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN), as required

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (SEN experience is a bonus!)
• Confidence, resilience, and adaptability in a classroom setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate young learners
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
