Salary: £23,638.00 per annum (not pro rata) plus a Welcome Bonus of £500.00!**

40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm

Permanent | Term Time Only

  • Supporting pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Preparing resources and leading small group or classroom activities
  • Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence and positive behaviour
  • Supporting both indoor and outdoor learning experiences
  • Building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative school environment

Dibden Park School is a brand-new independent specialist school in Southampton, supporting pupils with SEMH needs, communication difficulties, and associated complex behaviours.
