ResponsibilitiesAs a Cover Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre‑prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Maintain a calm, purposeful, and engaging classroom environment
- Support students in continuing their learning during staff absence
- Follow behaviour and safeguarding policies consistently
- Collect completed work and provide brief feedback as needed
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with secondary‑aged learners, including exposure to SEN
- A confident, flexible approach to classroom management
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people’s progress
- Flexible working pattern to suit your lifestyle
