A large, forward‑thinking Secondary School in Southampton is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join their team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key part in maintaining high‑quality learning across KS3 and KS4.

• Supervise classes during teacher absences
• Deliver pre‑planned lesson materials
• Manage classroom behaviour following school policies
• Create a positive, productive learning environment
• Provide additional support to students, including those with special educational needs

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on teaching experience within a supportive and well‑established school environment.

• Experience working with secondary aged students
• SEN experience or confidence supporting additional needs
• Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
