• Develop teaching and learning in Maths across KS3 and KS4 to the highest standard.
• Continue to ensure that mathematics remains core to all we do in Academy life.
• Own and maintain great practice, effective data evaluation, and innovate the maths offer.
• Prepare for future responsibility as Head of Mathematics.

• Fundamental requirement: speak fluent and spoken English (Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016)).
• Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young people.
• Experience in teaching and learning in Maths at KS3/KS4.
