We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join us as our Course and Marketing Co-ordinator. You will have a fantastic and diverse role, organising our live online courses and looking after our clients and delegates, plus taking care of our marketing and social media presence.

What you will be involved in:Looking after people:
You will be focused on supporting delegates, trainers and clients who are the most wonderfully diverse bunch you could meet. Activities will include:
- Proactively communicating with delegates and clients
- Organising courses, coaching sessions and meetings
- Helping trainers prepare and professionally present course materials
- Preparing and sending delegate packs
- Responding to issues and enquiries so people are reassured and have what they need
- Collecting and collating participant feedback and producing client reports
- Producing and sending certificates
- Administer course bookings
With an approach based on solid traditional marketing techniques, we need more hands on deck to spread the word about the business. You will have experience in using a CRM for email marketing, be able to write engaging Linked In and website content, and be creative enough to explore new ways to promote our wide offer of public and bespoke programmes.
Duties will include:
- Planning, delivering and evaluating simple marketing activities
- Maintaining and updating our two websites, including live course availability information
- Maintaining our Hub Spot CRM system
- Providing information about our services
- Writing engaging Linked In content and articles, reporting on engagement and performance, exploring other product-appropriate social media options
- Planning, writing and increasing engagement in marketing emails
- Arranging a small number of events and activities, co-ordinating logistics and materials
- Maintaining marketing calendar and supporting the MD with day-to-day marketing operations.
As a small team we help each other get the job done to a professional standard, and although you will have your own duties there will be lots of opportunities to get involved in interesting activities; the more curious you are the more you will learn.

You will have:
- Care for and attention to the best customer experience
- A real eye for detail and a process-orientated approach
- Marketing and social media post-writing experience
- An interest in working with people from different cultures and language groups
- GCSE English and Maths A-C or 6-9 minimum
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and proficient and confident in the use of technology for managing tasks
- A good sense of humour
- Full UK driving license
- Level 2 qualifications in business administration or customer service or similar.
- Experience of working with different cultures and language groups.
