We are seeking a confident and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to deliver high-quality learning experiences, lead small groups, and provide occasional whole-class cover.
Key Details- Full-time HLTA role within a supportive primary environment

- Involvement in planning, assessment, and intervention delivery

- Support teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment
- Lead targeted interventions to support pupil progress
- Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Build positive relationships with pupils, promoting engagement and independence
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to pupil progress reviews
- Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion procedures
- HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of primary curriculum and child development
- Confident leading whole-class learning when required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with pupils
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to high standards
- Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is beneficial
