Duties
  • Deliver Engaging Lessons:
    Teach across Science disciplines to a range of abilities
  • Support Student Progress:
    Monitor learning development and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain Classroom Standards:
    Use effective classroom management and behaviour techniques
  • Prepare Teaching Resources:
    Develop high-quality lesson materials and practical activities
  • Contribute to Curriculum Planning:
    Support the organisation’s well-resourced five-year programme
  • Promote Safeguarding:
    Ensure a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Participate in Enrichment:
    Assist with trips, events and wider school activities
  • Engage in Professional Development:
    Attend training, CPD sessions and departmental meetings

Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status or ECT status
  • Experience with lesson planning and delivering engaging Science lessons
  • A background in supporting student progress across different year groups
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and maintaining a safe learning environment
  • Experience with classroom management and positive behaviour strategies
  • Ability to create effective teaching resources
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
