We are seeking committed and enthusiastic Core Subjects Tutors to support learners in the Southampton area. The ideal candidates will be confident delivering English, Maths, and Science to students who may require additional, tailored support to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

Provide 1:1 or small‑group tuition in core subjects
Deliver engaging, personalised learning sessions
Support learners with varying needs and learning styles
Track progress and adapt teaching approaches where needed
Work in homes, schools, or community settings depending on placement

Requirements

6 months working in UK schools
Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths and/or Science
Experience tutoring or teaching (school, intervention, tuition centre, or mentoring)
Ability to build positive relationships with students
Reliable, organised, and confident working independently
A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
