WORKING HOURS:

Classroom Support:
Assisting students during lessons to help them engage with learning activities Student Assistance:
Providing tailored support to pupils with a variety of additional needs Curriculum Support:
Supporting learning across a range of curriculum subjects Behaviour Support:
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting classroom management

Collaboration:

Working closely with teaching and non-teaching staff to support student progress Individual Support:
Offering one-to-one or small group support where required Safeguarding:
Promoting the welfare and safety of all students at all times CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL Communication

Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally Literacy And Numeracy: A good standard of numeracy and literacy Personal Qualities:

Experience:

Previous experience within an educational or classroom setting Education Interest:
