• Lead the Maths curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning.

• Support and mentor colleagues to promote continuous professional development within the department.
• Monitor and analyse pupil progress to drive improvements in attainment and outcomes.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to support whole‑school improvement initiatives.

• Qualified teacher status with a strong background in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in curriculum development.
