About the Role:

You will work closely with teachers to support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Your role will involve:

Providing tailored support to individual students and small groups.
Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources to meet diverse needs.
Promoting inclusion and positive learning experiences.
Supporting personal development and emotional well-being.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred).
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
