Tucked away on the edge of the New Forest, Forestside Dental Practice is one of those rare places where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. The practice is located approximately 20 minutes south of Southampton, with good road links and plenty of local amenities nearby. Forestside Dental Practice is purpose‑built and fully refurbished, with a modern interior and a calm, welcoming feel. We have:

• 3 surgeries
• Large reception and waiting areas
• Dedicated CBCT room, decontamination room, office, and accessible facilities
• Large rear car park with 40 spaces, plus additional free parking nearby
• A fully digital setup including SOE Exact, Clinipads, digital X‑rays, scanners, CBCT, and a Zeiss microscope
• Specialist services, including Implantology

You’ll be joining a highly experienced, stable, and supportive team, where long service is the norm. Colleagues only leave when life takes them elsewhere, recent departures being due to relocation, pregnancy, or family moves.

The practice is led by James & Joanna McKenzie since 2017. They are hands‑on, approachable, and genuinely invested in the happiness and wellbeing of their team.

You’ll work closely with long‑standing associate dentists and a specialist implantologist, within a culture of shared responsibility, trust, and mutual respect.

Your role will include:

• Chairside dental nursing across general and specialist dentistry
• Supporting reception as and when required
• Maintaining excellent infection control and clinical standards
• Shared responsibility for governance and compliance areas
• Supporting colleagues to keep the practice running smoothly

• Ongoing CPD supported

• Post‑graduate nursing courses funded for the right candidate
