Salary: £28,000 Basic + Bonus & Overtime OTE £35,700 + Car scheme

This Service Advisor position involves booking customers’ vehicles into the workshop, providing high levels of customer service, assessing requirements, and advising on cost, time scale, and service details.
The role requires managing high volumes while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Requirements- Previous motor trade experience (at least 2 years as a Service Advisor or similar).
- Knowledge and confidence, preferably with Pinnacle or Kerridge systems.
- Strong customer service background and a confident, friendly, professional demeanor.
- Steady work history.
