Overview

Working for an international company, this is a customer service job with a difference. The company aims to be the best at what they do and has a new role for someone with outstanding customer service experience to drive a more proactive approach to customer service and act as an ambassador for a luxury brand. You will handle complaints, both B2B and B2C, take ownership for cases and deal with them through to completion when necessary.

• Take a proactive approach to customer service and complaints, in addition to traditional reactive service by telephone, email or letter.
• Notify customers of delays as soon as it is clear a delay may occur to keep them up to date and minimise escalation into a complaint.
• Work with other departments regarding customers’ orders.
• Maintain a focus on achieving excellent customer feedback.

• Genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service with a warm and proactive manner.
• Has strong administration skills and can write letters/emails daily.
• Uses initiative to find solutions for customers and can be creative in approach rather than following a script.
• Works well within a team.
