This is a full-time, on-site role based role for a Site Manager. The Site Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project progress, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and effectively handling communication with stakeholders to address any challenges that arise.

• Experience in construction site management, project scheduling, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of health and safety standards, regulations, and procedures in construction
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and coordination skills for managing subcontractors and teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic computer applications
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction, civil engineering, or project management
• Experience in energy and utility infrastructure projects is a plus
