A main contractor in the construction industry seeks an Estimator to join their pre-construction team in Hampshire. You will be responsible for liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to create detailed estimates, reporting to the Director, and participating in the handover process once jobs are secured. The ideal candidate will have a construction background as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Project Manager, with good knowledge of JCT contracts and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
Salary is up to £55,000 with a benefits package.
