We have an exciting opportunity to join CPC’s Construction Management team, where you will play an integral part of delivering a new 460 seat theatre, alongside teaching facilities, on site in Southampton.

You will have:

* A 2:1, or above, in a Construction or Civil Engineering related Degree (essential)

* Some exposure to the Construction industry, whether that is via a placement, work experience, or site background (beneficial)

* A positive can-do attitude

* Strong organisational and time-management skills

* Good communication and interpersonal abilities

* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

* Ability to work well as part of a team

* Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Share Point

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting with the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects

* Supporting the preparation of project programmes, reports, and documentation

* Monitoring project progress against cost, time, and quality objectives

* Attending project meetings and recording actions and minutes

* Assisting with procurement processes and contractor coordination

* Supporting risk management and change control processes

* Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and project procedures
