Within this rewarding role, you will complement our existing Property team in handling general material damage losses and complex building‑related issues. Claims typically range from £20 000 to over £1 million, with an average of £250 000. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel.

You will work alongside a senior adjuster, providing the additional surveying expertise needed to progress and settle claims efficiently. Key duties include:

• Conducting initial site visits and assessing damage to a high professional standard.
• Establishing and agreeing defect diagnoses, and ensuring all Planning, Building Regulations, Party Wall, and CDM issues are addressed.
• Arranging testing (e.g., ACMs), preparing report documentation, and handling complaint resolution.
• Delivering appraisal reports with cost budgets and recommendations.

• Experienced surveyor;
  Chartered MRICS qualification preferred.
• Strong technical competence and detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal reporting skills.
• Customer‑focused with high quality service for internal and external stakeholders.
• Team‑oriented, responsive to daily workloads, and proactive in meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to handle multiple projects swiftly and responsively.
