Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Southampton
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team in Southampton.

About the Role
Deliver high-quality care and early learning in line with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and support children’s development
Work as part of a committed and professional team
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
A warm, caring, and patient nature
Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for working with young children
