• Do you have a wide range of experience as a childcare practitioner, having managed teams within a residential setting?
• Do you have a Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or be prepared to work for it?
• Do you put children and young people at the centre of all that you do?
• Do you have a full driving licence?
