We need an inspiring manager, someone who will lead the team and use experience and innovation to plan activities and create wonderful life opportunities for every young person, taking into account each individual's needs.

- Do you have a wide range of experience as a childcare practitioner, having managed teams within a residential setting?
- Do you have a Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or be prepared to work for it?
- Do you put children and young people at the centre of all that you do?
- Do you have a full driving licence?

All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least 2 references covering last 3 years; for all our services we will request references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
