Our South team is a close-knit, collaborative group based across Southampton and Cornwall united by a shared commitment to doing the right thing for learners - particularly those who are vulnerable or at risk of falling behind. This is a dynamic role combining account management, service delivery, and strategic business growth. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of local authority and school clients, managing referrals end-to-end while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, increase referrals, and grow your area.
You will:- Manage tuition referrals from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
- Review referral documentation including EHCPs and safeguarding information
- Match tutors to pupils, ensuring quality, suitability and compliance
- Build strong, consultative relationships with local authorities and schools
- Act as the main point of contact throughout programme delivery
- Monitor learner progress and ensure KPIs and service standards are met
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase placement numbers and expand partnerships
- Promote tutor availability and service solutions to meet client needs
- Work strategically to exceed individual and team revenue and performance targets
- Ensure all activity aligns with safeguarding and compliance standards
This role is operationally detailed and process-driven - but it also requires someone commercially astute, confident in conversation, and motivated by growth. You'll be comfortable discussing needs, uncovering opportunities, and positioning solutions that genuinely improve outcomes for learners while strengthening your business area. You might come from recruitment, placements, account management, education services, or a people-focused sales environment.
