Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Mobile Commercial Vehicle Technician with a service and repair centre covering the Southampton area. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Mobile Commercial Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• Competitive basic salary up to £43,290 plus earning potential
• OTE approximately £45,000 including overtime and call-out opportunities
• Flexible start times, mainly between 07:30 – 08:30, with early shifts available
• Opportunities for call-outs and Saturday work for extra earnings
• Working across mobile servicing, roadside breakdowns, and workshop repairs
• Supportive and friendly team environment
• Ongoing training and development opportunities

• Conducting thorough vehicle damage assessments
• Preparing accurate repair estimates
• Liaising with insurance companies and customers
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Managing repair processes from start to finish

• Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator in an accident repair centre
• Audatex/ATA qualification is beneficial but not essential to apply
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

The salary of this Mobile Vehicle Technician role is up to £43290 basic.

The hours of work for this role are Flexible start times, mainly between 07:30 – 08:30, with early shifts available.
