Temporary Payroll Assistant
Location:
Southampton
Pay: £12.56 per hour
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Payroll Assistant to support a busy finance team based in Southampton.
Key Requirements- Previous payroll experience is essential
- Strong Excel skills - must be confident using VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data manipulation
- Experience using payroll systems such as PBS or Coopers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage payroll data accurately
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting payroll processing and data input
- Updating and maintaining payroll records
- Processing payroll information using PBS or Coopers systems
- Assisting with payroll queries and reporting
- Working with Excel to reconcile and analyse payroll data
This is an excellent temporary opportunity for someone with payroll experience and strong Excel skills looking for an immediate start.
