Job Description Mobile Senior Administrator Based at our homes in Winchester, Chichester, Brockenhurst, Lymington, New Milton and Christchurch.

From £13.79 per hour, up to £15.29 per hour

Overview

Colten Care is an award‑winning, family‑owned independent care home group. With 21 nursing homes rated at least good and seven outstanding by the CQC, we focus on keeping the resident at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day line management of the administration team and overall management of the care home administration function.
  • Provide the highest level of customer care so residents and families feel totally at home.
  • Greet and escort visitors, conduct viewings, and handle telephone and email enquiries and correspondence.
  • Carry out financial management tasks, basic recruitment administration, and maintain contact with other Colten Care departments.
  • Handle client admission and occupancy records and support the Home Manager with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience supervising a team and a proven track record in administration and/or reception.
  • Professionalism and excellent customer service skills, sharing our goal of delivering excellence in person‑centred care.
  • Confident literacy and numeracy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    Enjoy working in a busy, fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and prioritising.
  • Flexible, approachable, well‑organised and able to prioritise.
  • Business insurance essential due to travel during work hours.
