Job Description Mobile Senior Administrator Based at our homes in Winchester, Chichester, Brockenhurst, Lymington, New Milton and Christchurch.
From £13.79 per hour, up to £15.29 per hour

Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day line management of the administration team and overall management of the care home administration function.
- Provide the highest level of customer care so residents and families feel totally at home.
- Greet and escort visitors, conduct viewings, and handle telephone and email enquiries and correspondence.
- Carry out financial management tasks, basic recruitment administration, and maintain contact with other Colten Care departments.
- Handle client admission and occupancy records and support the Home Manager with various administrative tasks.
- Previous experience supervising a team and a proven track record in administration and/or reception.
- Professionalism and excellent customer service skills, sharing our goal of delivering excellence in person‑centred care.
- Confident literacy and numeracy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Enjoy working in a busy, fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and prioritising. - Flexible, approachable, well‑organised and able to prioritise.
- Business insurance essential due to travel during work hours.
