Rate: £20.19 – £22.12 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm
(Some flexibility available)

The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, with an immediate start available. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with a strong understanding of business accounts and day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Posting purchase and sales invoices using Sage
Raising sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Completing bank reconciliations
Maintaining accurate business accounts and financial records
Supporting general accounts administration and reporting
Ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial processes

Candidate Requirements

AAT qualified (essential)
Previous experience in an accounts role (Accounts Manager or similar)
Strong understanding of business accounts fundamentals
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience using Sage accounting software
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
