Warehouse Controller

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a current Pride Milling Employee
• Grade 12
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in Warehousing with emphasis on stock- and people management
• Computer literate
• Own transport
• FMCG experience
• First Aider

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent personal organisation and business administration skills.
• Assertive and punctual
• Ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
• Must be resilient.
• Must be confident
• Must be friendly, approachable and focused on internal/external customer service
• Deadline orientated
• Willing to work shifts.

• Stock & Team management
• Loading and offloading of vehicles
• Quality checks on products received in warehouse
• Track and Control warehouse damages
• Pre-pick stock for delivery. Balanced and accurate.
• General housekeeping in Warehouse
• Track and control of forklifts;
  Maintenance, Daily checks, cleaning schedule and running cost.
• Daily communication to team (Duties for the day)
• Daily communication to suppliers of products
• Daily variances to be sorted and balanced.
