SUMMARY

Our client in Alrode is looking to employ a Dispatch and Support Administrator to join their dynamic team.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 1–3 years’ experience in warehouse dispatch or logistics administration
  • Knowledge in MS Office: MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of routing, transportation compliance, and warehouse processes
  • Experience in a distribution environment
  • Experience with SAP
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) driven
  • Dispatch accuracy (documentation and load experience), On‑time dispatch performance, POD turnaround time and accuracy
  • System accuracy and reporting completeness
  • Customer satisfaction and query resolution experience

Alberton, South Africa

Salary: R 9 000.00
