SUMMARY
Our client in Alrode is looking to employ a Dispatch and Support Administrator to join their dynamic team.
REQUIREMENTS- Grade 12 / Matric
- 1–3 years’ experience in warehouse dispatch or logistics administration
- Knowledge in MS Office: MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of routing, transportation compliance, and warehouse processes
- Experience in a distribution environment
- Experience with SAP
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) driven
- Dispatch accuracy (documentation and load experience), On‑time dispatch performance, POD turnaround time and accuracy
- System accuracy and reporting completeness
- Customer satisfaction and query resolution experience
Location:
Alberton, South Africa
Salary: R 9 000.00
