SUMMARY:

We are hiring a Fleet & Driver Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations in Nelspruit.

We are seeking a skilled Fleet & Driver Supervisor to join our team in Nelspruit. As the Fleet & Driver Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to our fleet of vehicles and drivers.

• Manage and oversee the fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance
• Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Implement and maintain driver schedules and routes
• Track and report on key operational metrics
• Manage relationships with external service providers and suppliers

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry. If you are a proactive problem solver with a knack for people management, we would like to meet you.
