The Department of Social Development, Western Cape Government has opportunities for 13 suitably qualified and competent Social Auxiliary Workers to provide assistance and support to social workers with the promotion of social change, problem solving in human relationships and the empowerment and liberation of people to enhance social well‑being under the guidance and supervision of the social worker.
- Assist and support social workers in their daily tasks.
- Participate in the promotion of social change and engage in problem‑solving for human relationships.
- Support the empowerment and liberation of people to enhance social well‑being.
