Diesel Technicians

Location: Bothaville

Required:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems.
- Inspect and replace worn or damaged components, such as belts, hoses, and filters.
- Service fuel injection systems, braking systems, and exhaust systems.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Troubleshoot engine failures, transmission problems, and hydraulic issues.
- Provide accurate assessments and recommend necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that vehicles and machinery operate efficiently.
- Trade as a Diesel Mechanic.
- 3 years' experience in similar role.
- Follow industry-standard safety protocols when handling tools and machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used.
- Complete job cards and service logs promptly.
- Report recurring mechanical issues and suggest improvements.
- Keep track of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
