Position: Junior Farm Manager - Levubu (avo's and macadamia)
Location: Letsitele

Minimum requirements:

- A relevant agricultural qualification will be a strong advantage
- 2–3 years’ experience in avocado or macadamia or banana farming
- Strong understanding of orchard management practices
- Good communication and people management skills
- Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example
- Valid driver's license and own transport
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Responsibilities will include the following:
- Assist the Farm Manager with the day-to-day operations of the farm
- Supervise field staff and seasonal workers
- Monitor the health and development of avocado or macadamia orchards
- Oversee irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities and production
- Ensure adherence to agricultural and safety regulations
- Coordinate harvest activities and post-harvest handling
- Contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
