Time for a change? An Iron Ore Mining Company based in the Mpumalanga province has a challenging opportunity for a Geologist. The role is responsible for the effective maintenance and optimisation of the surface and underground geological model. The incumbent also has to ensure that an effective statistical database is established and maintained in order to conduct trend analysis and advise management of deviations or trends that could potentially pose risk or influence the business negatively.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

B.SC Hons. Minimum in Geology

• 4 – 6 Years post qualification experience

• 4 – 6 years underground platinum experience

• Experience in sampling and evaluation processes
