Requirements

- Internal sales or sales administration in an engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience handling quotations and purchase orders
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Duties

- Sales Administration
- Prepare and send quotations based on information from the sales or technical team
- Capture and manage customer purchase orders
- Load jobs and orders onto the internal system
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders and customer information
- Follow up on outstanding quotes with customers where required
- Customer & Order Coordination
- Act as the internal coordination point between customers, sales and production
- Ensure customer documentation requirements are met (material certificates, drawings, etc.)
- Track job progress and provide updates to customers when needed
- Documentation & Compliance
- Manage customer documentation including:
- purchase orders
- invoices
- statements
- delivery documentation
- certification paperwork
- Sales Support
- Assist with maintaining sales pipeline information
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Help ensure that customer information and project status are clearly tracked
