As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Boksburg area. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process.

• Proactively reach out to existing clients to maintain and strengthen relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Boksburg area
• Actively promote and sell the company's products and services to potential clients
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing and credit terms
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel and sheet metal industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the Boksburg area and its industries is an asset
• Valid driver's license and own transportation is required
