Internal Sales

The ideal candidate will be based in Boksburg, South Africa and will work full-time for our client.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the fire suppression industry and actively pursue them.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
• Generate sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our products and services.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients and sales team.
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.

• Previous experience in the fire suppression industry is required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of local fire safety regulations and codes is a plus.
