This role provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and are individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

The position has been identified as a FAIS position and falls within the ambit contemplated by FAIS related to Category

B. The successful candidates must therefore comply with all FAIS requirements, including the Fit and Proper requirements of Honesty and Integrity (e.g. be clear of any offence relating to fraud, dishonesty and/or any professional misconduct) as well as competence and relevant qualifications.

• Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
• Works in specific allocated markets.
• Works with a specific range of products.

• Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
• Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
• Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
• Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.

• Establish sound working relationships and maximises opportunities with prospective clients.
• Uses appropriate interpersonal and communication techniques to gain client acceptance.

• Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
• Engages in limited prospecting.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
• FAIS Compliance
• Clear criminal and credit check
• Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Presentations skills an added advantage
