Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Sales Pre Owned Vehicles to lead our preowned vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the automotive industry.
  • The Manager Sales Used Vehicle will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing strategies to increase sales, managing inventory, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive market trends and competitors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to promote used vehicle inventory
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure vehicles are priced competitively
  • Provide training and support to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of the automotive market and industry trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
