Salary: R7,500.00 basic + commission

Job Purpose
To generate new business and grow company sales through outbound telephone-based cold calling, client follow-ups, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential and existing clients
Promote company products and services telephonically
Generate and qualify sales leads
Convert leads into confirmed sales
Maintain and update client information on the system
Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
Maintain professional telephone etiquette at all times

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
Previous internal sales / call centre experience advantageous
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Computer literacy (MS Office)
