Position: Connectivity (Fiber Internet)
Location: Fourways

New Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities for connectivity solutions.
  • Target SMEs, corporates, professional firms, and branches of larger organisations in the Fourways/Gauteng area.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
  • Conduct client consultations to understand current connectivity, communication, and network needs.
  • Present solutions including:
    • Internet (fiber, LTE, leased lines)
    • VOIP and telephony solutions
    • Networking hardware and cabling
    • WiFi and network security solutions
  • Provide clear ROI and productivity benefits to clients.
Proposals & Closing
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Close deals and ensure seamless handover to implementation teams.
Account Management & Upselling
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upgrades or additional services.
  • Cross-sell office automation products where relevant.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied and technical/implementation issues are resolved.
Sales Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate sales data, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Share market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer requirements with management.
Professional Conduct
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
  • Follow company sales processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
Preferred
  • Diploma or degree in Sales, ICT, Business, or Telecommunications
  • Certification in networking, VOIP, or telecommunications solutions
Experience
  • 2–5+ years’ experience in B2B sales of:
    • Connectivity solutions (fiber, VOIP, networking)
    • ICT or managed services
    • Office automation / technology solutions (advantage)
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing both new business and existing accounts
