Internal Sales Consultant / Telesales (Half-Day)

Location: Client based in Germiston (Border of Edenvale)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08h00 – 13h00

Salary & Commission

• R6,000 basic salary for the first 3 months

• Thereafter: R3,000 basic salary + commission on all orders placed

  • Commission applies to existing and new clients

• Earning potential: R15,000 – R20,000 per month, based on performance

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Internal Sales Consultant to manage incoming orders and generate new business through telesales. This is a half-day position, ideal for someone looking to earn additional income in a structured sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and capture incoming customer orders accurately

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate new business

• Follow up with existing clients to secure repeat orders

• Maintain accurate customer and order records

• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service

Requirements

• Previous telesales or internal sales experience (essential)

• Strong communication and telephone skills

• Confident, persuasive, and professional manner

• Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets

• Basic computer literacy

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
