We are a fast-growing Cleaning company dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2C sales environment, enjoys engaging with warm leads, and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient, with a knack for overcoming objections and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the sales cycle. Prior experience working remotely and within a cleaning agency is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:Convert warm leads provided by the company into confirmed bookings.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base to understand their cleaning needs and recommend appropriate services.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to maximise earnings.
On-target earnings of R25,000/month (R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission).
40 days paid holiday annually.
A supportive, energetic, and collaborative team environment.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales
, with a proven ability to close deals.
Exceptional English communication skills
, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets
.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
, with minimal supervision.
Must have own equipment:
Laptop with at least 16GB RAM
, 13th Gen i5 Processor
, Windows 11
, and 250GB SSD or higher.Stable, high-speed internet connection and reliable backup solutions for power outages

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
, and effectively manage rejection and stress.
Proven track record of telephone-based sales success
, including meeting quotas.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and track performance.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
, with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
