** Responsibilities* Procure price and availability from suppliers
* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
* Provide sales team support to ensure efficient sales operations
* Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
* Whats App Groups – responsible for internal and customer groups
* Maintain and update systemQualifications
** Required

Qualification:

*** Matric (Senior Certificate)
** Advantageous

Skills:

*** Valid driver’s License
* Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
* Sales or procurement-related experience
* Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers & suppliers (Telephonically & Electronically)
