** Responsibilities* Procure price and availability from suppliers
* Check data accuracy on orders and invoices
* Provide support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales operations
* Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
* Whats App Groups – Monitor and assist (internal and customer)
* Maintain and update systemQualifications
*
* Required Qualifications:

*** Matric (Senior Certificate)
* Minimum of 2 years’ earthmoving / parts sales experience
* Valid driver's license
** Advantageous

Skills:

*** Earthmoving-related sales experience
* Proficient in related systems (Catsis)
* External sales experience
* Systems experience (Quickbooks, Pastel, SAP)
* Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
