Regional Retail Store Manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales or store management

• Experience with automotive parts, technical sales engineering retail branch management

• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Good problem-solving and organisational ability

• Computer literacy (MS Office)

• Willingness to travel regularly between store locations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple retail stores within a region

• Step in to support stores during busy periods, staff shortages, or manager leave

• Lead, motivate, and supervise store teams to achieve sales targets

• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience

• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are available for customers

• Implement sales promotions and marketing activities in store

• Ensure stores follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager who will travel between multiple store locations to support operations, lead teams, and drive sales performance.
