Cleaner, Customer Service Rep

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our car rental team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles and customer areas are kept clean, presentable, and in excellent condition, creating a positive experience for our clients.

• Clean, vacuum, and sanitize rental vehicles inside and out.
• Wash, polish, and detail vehicles to maintain company presentation standards.
• Check and restock vehicle amenities (e.g., sanitizers, air fresheners, etc.).
• Ensure vehicles are ready for customers on time.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer service areas, offices, and bathrooms.
• Empty bins and handle waste disposal according to company policy.
• Report any vehicle damages, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored correctly.

• Previous cleaning or vehicle detailing experience is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight turnaround times.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods).
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Valid driver's license (advantageous).
