Location: Worcester
A leading retail company in Worcester is seeking a Retail Assistant to join its Boots Opticians store team. In this role, you will engage with customers, assisting them in finding the right eyewear and providing excellent customer care. Duties include ordering and dispensing glasses and contact lenses, supporting eye-tests, and maintaining shop floor standards. Candidates should have a passion for customer service and a desire to learn, with prior retail experience being advantageous.
