- At least 2 year of previous waitering experience in an upmarket or fine dining environment.
- Confident using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a calm and professional approach.
- Polished personal presentation and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Reliable and punctual, with own or dependable transport.
Reliable own transport or ability to reliably get to work is critical
