Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager/R&D Chemist to join our dynamic team in the East Rand area. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of researchers and scientists in the development of new products and processes for our organization.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of researchers and scientists in the development of new products and processes
– Develop and implement research strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals
– Conduct research and experiments to identify and test new materials and formulations
– Analyze data and results to provide recommendations for product development
– Work closely with other departments, including manufacturing and marketing, to ensure successful product launches
– Stay current on industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation
– Manage budgets and timelines for research projects
– Oversee regulatory compliance and quality control processes
