Surge is looking for a dynamic Property Manager to join a privately owned in the heart of Hoedspruit. This unique role combines estate management and property sales, offering a rare opportunity to grow with a fast-developing destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the estate, including facilities such as the clubhouse, gym, restaurant, and other shared amenities.
• Oversee property sales — including new unit sales and resales — earning commission on successful transactions.
• Build strong relationships with residents, owners, and prospective buyers.
• Transition from a sales-focused role into full estate management as the community grows.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and smooth estate operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management and/or property sales.
• Experience in residential or commercial property environments.
• Proven people and relationship management skills – a true people person.
• Strong administrative, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Hoedspruit, one of South Africa’s fastest-growing lifestyle regions.
